Indo-German Business Summit 2017

The Indo-German Business Summit 2017 was jointly organized by the Asia-Pacific Committee of German Business (APA), the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). The summit was opened by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who agreed that Indo-German economic relations have so far fallen short of their potential and could be expanded. Subsequently a high-ranking CEO panel discussed actual opportunities, the sectors that offer them and the necessary framework conditions for further bilateral engagement.
